It was a crazy day...
Because of the stupid Jet-Lag, I only slept 2 hours last night.
Woke up by 5. And 2 hours later, I ended up in Grouse Grind, in a rainy day.
3 km in distance, 1 km in elevation. And the worst thing is, I realized how bad my stamina is...
Everyone... and I meant EVERYONE's climbing speed is faster than me, including kids, girls, big fat guys, old woman, old man... everyone...
I blame my turtle speed to the lack of speed and the weight of the shoes.
Speaking of shoes, I really need a pair of sporty shoes now. How can I go Grouse Grind again next week and how can I go down to real golf course without an okay shoes?
Finally, I spend around 100 min. to reach the top of GG. The average is about 90, so I was pretty bad. Maybe the more I go, the better I'll become?
After get off from Grouse Mountain, Ken and Randy went basketball in ubc so I've got nothing to do but sleep in the gym.
When I woke up, I find that Ken's lip was twice as its original size and it was bleeding pretty badly. Thanx to his favourite teammate - Randy's albow.
Poor Ken couldn't eat properly afterwards. And it looks like the bruise won't recover anytime sooner than 2 weeks.
After lunch and buying medicine, we went driving range... I was doing pretty bad... as expected. Come on, I only slept 2 hours, I was dizzy, tired and too full.

Anyways, it's 6:34 now, I just done shower and sitting here. My feet is allergic again, to what, I can not say...
It is really annoying.
Actually, I'm guessing it's because the oily fat I ate this afternoon... Just a guess...
