Booking & Line Cutting

Last time I was at Seattle, Ken mentioned two things I didn't know about Koreans, and I find those intereseting.

First is line cutting. According to Mike who just had a trip to Korea, everyone in Korean cuts lines. And they cut lines fiercely and never ashamed of what they have done. This somewhat surprised me because I used to thought Korea as a polite country as Japan. Well... I'm still don't believe this too much, have to ask someone from Korea directly or have to go there myself to check it out...

Well, my 2nd lesson about Korea is somewhat more interesting.

As Nech Neb has mentioned, club is a great place for girls to meet guys. But not so great for guys who are not rich, not attractive in appearance and/or shy.

However, Korean Clubs has this culture named "booking". Basically, you pay some tips to your waiter (or waitress), and they'll just... grab girls from the club to sit at your table. And not just 1 set of girls, after the girls left, they'll grab another set of girls... until perhaps you've meet all the girls in the club.

........ Well ... personally, I think this is a great way for guys to meet girl. Saved us a lotta of troubles to go up to a girl and start a conversation.

Well, I've did some research and read an article about this. Surprisingly enough, the girls paid the waiters to get grabbed too...... that's... cool...

I mean... since I hate ear deafing music and I can't dance well, the only way I can enjoy a night at club is to meet or to be with the opposite sex. And Booking definitely offers a great and convenient way to accomplish this mission for both guys and girls...

My last question is... why don't Taiwan, China and Japan's club has this "Booking System"?

If there is, plz plz plz let me know...
